General Payment & Email
Stripe is available for Credit & Debit Card Payments.
We have a Direct Deposit option available – please remember that with a DD payment your order is not processed until payment has been received.
Definitely not! Your email address will be used to send out order confirmations and to let you know when your order is completed or is being processed depending what stage your order is up to. If you want to receive our newsletter that also includes our specials, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter or tick the box when you check out so that you will be on our subscribers list.
Please remember to find the confirmation email when you subscribe.
We use Mailchimp as it ensures that you as a subscriber needs to confirm your subscription so that you receive our newsletters. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your trash or spam folder. Click on confirm so that you are on our subscribers list and you won’t miss out on our specials or other offers we may have available.
Definitely not. We only use your details for your orders and your email address for orders or if you have subscribed to our newsletter you will receive HGM news and specials.
Yes you can. Order online and pick up in store or if you are travelling from outside of the local areas place the order and choose pickup instore. Please remember we cannot deliver outside of the areas we have specified. For all delivery areas please see our Delivery and Pickup information page.
Delivery & Pickup
We deliver to Highfields, Meringandan, Meringandan West, Kleinton, Woolmer and Cawdor – Monday to Friday.
And to Toowoomba and within 4350 postcode, Kingsthorpe postcode 4400, 4352 postcode limited to Gowrie Junction, Cabarlah, Lilyvale , Glencoe, Wyreema on Thursdays.

Yes, however if you spend over $120 we will deliver free. Please check our delivery information page for the areas we deliver to.
Please call us if you are not home or at the office when we call. Unfortunately it is not safe for us to leave it in the open and we will take it back to the office unless you have specified a safe, cool spot for it to be left.
Definitely. Place your order online and specify that you will pick it up from Highfields Gourmet Meats. We will notify you when it is ready for pickup. Pickup in store is free. Order before 10am for pickup same day after 3pm Monday to Friday
